Had a pleasant one night stay at Hotel Ibis Christchurch. Travelled with family members and the staff were very helpful with the check-in and check-out process. Close proximity to parks, shops, bars, and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable with basic amenities offered. Quiet and no street noise was great.

I had notified the hotel of my arrival on qantas only early morning, while I checked in online on arrival at the hotel the hotel had placed my booking as a no show, they were able to retrieve it, but after a delayed flighted and getting to the hotel at 2.30am it was a tiring experience to wait for the booking to be retrieved .
